By day, I work in communications. But by night, the baking bug bites me. Some evenings, I respond to the call for all things baked and buttery. Other times, I just grab a bag of microwave popcorn and continue to watch reruns of Law and Order.
I’m a proud product of Ryerson University’s Journalism Program. I’ve worked as a journalist, and most recently, in public and private sector communications.
My favourite chefs are my Nonna and Nonno, who make unrivalled gnocchi and risotto, respectively. My greatest culinary aspiration is to acquire a signature cake, that is mouthwateringly moist and tasty. Still have a ways to go!
